The Thermoplastic Expansion System (TES) is a medical grade heat shrink tubing machine. This work-cell is for use in industrial or medical applications when precise process control and datalogging is required. It features two independent precision tube heater zones and real-time expanded tubing size measuring with its integrated precision three-axis laser measurement system.
This system includes an unspooler that supports drag control, allowing for quick tooling changeover for rapid change between tubing sizes and adjustable infeed and outfeed clamping pressures. Servo motors provide precise infeed and outfeed speed control up to 30 feet per minute (10 feet per minute nominal). Wetted areas are fully stainless steel and corrosion-resistant with a built-in washdown sprayer and drain pan. The TES also has automatic, on-demand heat transfer fluid delivery for reduced usage and waste.

RECOVERYMAX hot air recovery workstation is a vertical production QC oven and blower system for finished goods recovery diameter verification. The unit is mounted to a sturdy stainless steel worktable and has a digital readout and controls for the oven temperature.
